The last couple stories I’ve written have all had some sort of play in the fantasy genre, so I decided my next project would be a more down-to-earth High School yaoi. Wow, I haven’t written a good high school yaoi since…Rin? Yup. Damn, that’s a long time.

Anyway, I wanted to write something really different that what I usually do (mostly in the character aspect) so instead of making a meek damsel of a Uke, I wanted someone with a bit of a chip on his shoulder. And…taadaa! Isaac was born. I like Isaac. He’s got fire on his tongue…yummy.

I also wanted a different sort of Seme. Though his ‘differences’ become more apparent later on.
